I would like to buy graphics card so please guide me a good and cheapest graphics card price list.

there is no such thing as good & cheapest graphics card.it all depends on your budget & what do you want with the card.if you want to play low to mid range game(talking about their load on graphics card)with no or minimum bells & whistles(game display settings set to lowest quality)on 22" or lower screen even a Rs.3000 card will do fine.if you want to play games like crysis on a full HD 32" screen or above with max quality Rs.30000 & above card will do the job.

you can try Nvidia GT 440 Graphic Card , its good Most of the game like Battle filed 3 are working in Medium settings , approx it may cost you 4500/- rs.

Processor - AMD 1090T 3.2Ghz Turbo Core 3.6Ghz
RAM - 8 GB
Graphic card - 5770 ATI Radeon (1GB , DDR5 , Crossfire Ready).
Cooler Master Case too , to keep it away from heat .

But it still some how lagging in some games such as Witcher 2 , with uber settings . Can some explain why , and prefer any good graphic card than that ????

I recently bought LG LED Full HD monitor. Monitor plays all videos expect HD and Full HD videos. I was surprised when the monitor did not played HD videos. My pc Motherboard is little bit old. So one of my friend suggested to add Graphics card. I wonder if it is going to work. Please suggest me to solve the problem.

Definitely you should buy a Graphic card . Without the Graphic card your monitor will not resolute FULL HD .

Thanks for your suggestion. Someone said that new Graphic card PIN system may not fit PCI slot of the older motherboards. Is it true? and i am using DDR2 RAM so can I use DDR3 graphic card.

there's nothing new as far as graphic card interface (connection) to the mother board is concerned there are only two variants one is PCI-e and other being AGP

Before buying any new graphic card ensure that your motherboard has an PCI-e slot (its the longest among the PCI slots), if it does have then there is nothing to worry you can even buy a HD 6990! considering that you have ample of juice to run

Yes you can use a graphic card which has DDR3 or GDDR3 or DDR5 or GDDR5 no issues it is totally independent of the motherboard

Note: PCI-e (e representing express which runs at 16x speed) dont confuse it with PCI slots (where you install sound card or Ethernet card etc) or with AGP slots

witcher 2 is a very high end game , Nvidia GTX 570 is best card for the that with uber samplaing on ... since the game is with lots of special effects like uber sampling / physics in your card it wont work without lags .....even though its tweaked.. to low settings ... even i had the same issue .. when i had my radeon card ... later i changed to Nvidia..

RAM at present :2GB (will upgrade soon, still 3slots available, but want to know 1slot= ?GB of Ram can be installed, I want to upgrade with 4GB now)

PSU is something most people overlook when this is the one component which most probably will be used till the end.if you want cheaper you can get lower quality models from cooler master,FPS or seasonic but do not get any psu below 3000 from any other brand for such card.

thats kind of an overkill bro....he need not spend that much...

he can easily get a Seasonic 430W PSU for Rs2.6k and it will still work find...the HD 6850 aint that power hungry...

My friend ran his 6950 2GB on that PSU with no issues...but since he wanted to unlock and overclock the card, he got a higher rated PSU later..

@rajan1311,you are correct about your assumption.i just suggested the antec model because it is much more future proof & also because it is a modular unit which is rare at this price from a reputed brand.

brother trust me 550ti is gud for gamers nd if u hv low budget try 440ti....now it depends upon u which type of card u prefer...dont go on ati radeon....always trust nvidia...best card maker..nd nothing much difference between these two card although the 550ti have the highest texture filling rate nd 440ti low texture filling rate..both cards r gud.....gud lck..
