Thread: VLC Player issue

I am using Window 7. I have downloaded VLC player but its not Audible, AUDIO not working.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling couple of times, re-downloaded - but nothing worked.

Video is perfectly okay but NO sounds.

Any idea, what could be the solution?

Which OS do you use ? Hope you have the latest version of VLC.

To do :

1. Try using another file. It may be something wrong with the file you are trying.

2. Try using another player like Winamp or WMM and check.

3. Tools > Preferences > enable audio

Simply upgrade your sound drivers. Thats all you need to do. Visit RealTek for more details.

Thank you so much guys, I have updated my comments above. I downloaded & Installed KLC codec which upgraded my Window Media Player & now I can play almost 99% files over there. Thanks a ton both.
