Download Windows 7 Dvd Usb tool from Microsoft Site, Install it then go through the options and it will get the windows on usb just like on a DVD and you can install windows through it flawlessly.

You can make your pen drive bootable. If you search on google you will easily get the results.

Then go to bios settings and change your boot priority accordingly.

Attach the USB and restart the system, booting will begin same as if you were installing from disc.

google for "WinToFlash". it's the best software around for converting any DVD OS disk to flash usb drive and IT's FREE.

Novicorp WinToFlash will turn your usb into a bootable disc. Its even compatible with windows 8. Haven't tried it myself though. Btw you are installing windows 7 ultimate, you can even use a virtual drive for installation.
