Help Microsoft develop a perfect Office 2016.

You can help Microsoft in the upgradation of their Microsoft Office 2016 by joining their insider program. The program will give you access to new features and updates before their actual release. Your feedback will help Microsoft to develop and find shortcomings before it becomes public. The program is available to Windows, Windows mobile and Android users, but planning to extend this to Mac users as well.

There will be a community portal in the insider program where you can discuss and debate about Office 2016. Right now only Office 365 customers have access to the insider program. I think this is a good step by Microsoft to avoid any issues beforehand.

I would love to participate in this study. Unfortunately I don't have Office 365. I used to have the app on my phone, but I don't have it anymore. It's nice of them to get the consumers opinion on the program. There are so many things that they can get wrong if they don't look at it from our point of view. So good for them.

Yes, that is definitely a good movement by Microsoft to include customers in developing the updates. I think they should also announce some rewards for the most productive suggestion. It will attract more customers and ensure their active participation. It can be just like big bounty programs being carried out by eminent companies like Google. Under these programs anybody who is able to find vulnerability can report the same to Google. They will be given handsome money for their service. Nowadays a large number of companies run big bounty programs.

While it's nice of Microsoft to enlist the help of users of their software, I'm not really interested in these types of applications. I hardly ever use Office 365 as I have little use for it. Plus, my work schedule is incredibly hectic. I would be cutting out time from my own work or private schedule in order to help out Microsoft. No Microsoft personnel will ever take time out of their day to help other software developers without reimbursement.
