Default Megamerge of Windows Shortcuts threads

There are a few threads on this forum that tells about Windows and Windows' Applications shortcuts. There may be lot of duplicates. I simply merged them into one thread - and I used the first thread on this topic as the master thread.

I have some shortcuts and i hope these have not been posted before.

inetcpl.cpl -- internet properties
intl.cpl -- regional and language options
irprops.cpl -- nothing happened anyone know this one?

main.cpl -- brings up mouse properties
mmsys.cpl -- sounds and audio device properties
ncpa.cpl -- network connections
netsetup.cpl -- network setup wizard
nusrmgr.cpl -- opens user accounts
nwc.cpl -- appears to do nothing yikes
