Thread: Nivyah broadband

I stay in Thane(W) at Upvan an right now i use YOU TELECOM .
I want to switch to NIVYAH BROADBAND.
Can i get nivyah in Thane and how is it ?
Has any body taken it,the cost of plans are too low..

I too had seen the advert in the times of india and contacted them cause most of their plans are really cheap. I had contacted them for service in Vile Parle and they have agreed to provide it for installation charges of Rs.1500/-.
Does any body have any idea about this Company or are they just some kind of Con - Artist trying to con people on a large scale.
Can anybody confirm if this is a legitimate company.

I reside at Vile PArle East and applied for Niyah, they took my document and a cheque of 1985/- from me and after a week informed me that they don't hav service in my area. Really i was so disappointed frm Nivyah, they ppl has very poor customer service.

Wtf,then what abt ur cheque?
Have u asked for your money back? What they told you?
I stay in thane and i called them and they r going to come in 2 days.
So what should i ask them before i handover a cheque to them?

Nivyah broadband is just fantastic as i have been using it since last 6 months. They don't cheat like reliance. Had terrible experience with Reliance broadband 3.1 mbps...it's all bullshit. i did not get even 40 kbbs. They cheat you in billing also. What else can you expect from them as they cheat their own family.

Nivyah people has not came to my house. i called them hundred times,they used to say that their executive will come in 2 days,but none of them came.
They disappointed me...

Nivyah people had came on 09.10.2009.they promised me give connection within 7-8 days and no one has come till now for the connection.No response from their side.These people are totally useless.

Where do u stay?

I stay at mahim & got nivyah connection thru Local area net provider called net 9. Though i am paying 6 times the price of nivyah direct i am still happy with it paying Rs.1,325/- per month for 1mbps. If i get it thru nivyah directly than it will be lot more cheaper for me.

I am very happy with my nivyah broadband service .I am from wadala -->antophill.The service of nivyah in my area is excellent.
If i have any problem then i call them suppose in morning and at afternoon or evening this guys are present in my home for my service.
There service in my area is excellent And i am very happy
There plans are very cheap
I had taken 1mbps unlimited Rs.5000 for yearly
and i am able to 90 % of speed from internet.
