    ====================.
    Hi,

I am Gurgaon You Broadband user residing in DLF Phase 3. I am using my existing connection for about a year and half. For the past 6 months, the connection/ service gets disrupted frequently due to a reason the customer care refers to as "Cable Cut". This happens once in almost every week. My question to You Broadband people is
1: Why only your service experiences cable cut while others like reliance provides uninterrupted service?
    2. After experiencing 2-3 such cable cuts, why can't you find a permanent solution to your problem? Even with a dedicated modem, I experience 'no service' very frequently.
    3. I understand that you have resolved all my complaints so far, but if you guys feel that NOT finding a permanent solution will increase/ maintain your call volume every week and ensure the engineer's demand/job guarantee (yes, I know that they are working on contract and could be dropped off service any given day), then you are very very wrong. Soon you'll loose the good customer base because the market is no more ONLY price sensitive, service matters a LOT.

Default Beetel 450 BX1 in PPPoE "always On " mode.

Currently I have configured dialup connection in my laptop and able to dial and connect it.
Presume for YOU Broadband ( Landline adsl connection )
    vpi/vci 0 AND 35. CONFIRM.
    (B) In Advanced options DNS select obtain address automatically.
    (C) Enable DHCP ( in Lan menu Page)
(SAVE REBOOT In Management Menu wait for 2 minutes.
Recheck WAN page and click connect. Normally IP address will appear.
wait : changing modem to Beetel 110BXI ( same without WIFI)

    Feedback.

access the same page i have posted in Post No .

The ones showing "Bridged" will be for YOU broadband.
( all will show UP !. to decide which one :

When connected to Internet In "Bridged" mode
    Go to Diagnostics Page .
    You connection will show PASS.
and select one by one each line.
say 0_32. The VPI VCI for "YOU" is 0 and 32
Test the connection to your local network
    Test your ENET(1-3) Connection: FAIL
    Test your ENET4 Connection: PASS

Test the connection to your DSL service provider
    Test ADSL Synchronization: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: PASS
Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: PASS

I tried for configuration shown in attached image. but non has success.
Is there any easy way to retrieve VPI/VCI as it is hard to check all permutation combinations as VPi accept 0 to 255 and VCI accept 0 to 65535.

I have beetel 450 BX1 ADSL2 Router which I am using with my you broadband network.

When all links are "Down" how do you connect to Internet now ?
    http://www.indiabroadband.net/attach...ppy-help-1.png
select EDIT in Advanced SET UP WAN menu page.
    Example Mine :Beetel110BXI
    http://www.indiabroadband.net/attach...1&d=1308839481

    usually 0 35 BSNL/Reliance 0 32 MTNL 1 32 Airtel
Just edit 1 33 and 1 35 for PPPoE mode.
    check whether connected automatically.

Which modem in use now ?
Did you check the "Diagnostics Page ?

Do you want me to acccess your modem Online ?

    Para two:
from some other forum! Thanks to @sco1984

[quote] Ok here is the tweak >>

    -Take your wi-fi router
    -Make all cabling
-Now put your pppoe user name & password
-Now, now very imp CLONE MAC ADDRESS OF YOUR PC.
How to do that > Click on "Start" >
click on "Run" > type "cmd"
press "ENTER" key > type "ipconfig /all"
It would show mac address of your local area connection
-Now put that mac address to your router's mac address
[ We are making dummy ]
-Now log in to your YOU tele account,
under "My Accounts" > under "Other Facilities" >
    Click on "Dual MAC updation"
-Verify the address router has taken & your PC has is the same 1.
    -Thats it!!!!!
-Now connect as many laptops,PDA's to your wi-fi router and enjoy!!!

    essbebe,

I am able to connect using bridge configuration. but PPPoe is not working. I want to configure pppoe so that I can connect multiple devices and also able to use my ipod from where I can not dial.

So when I have configured bridge, I am able to dial from my laptop.

I tried 1 35 for PPPoe and also all combinations you mentioned in PPPoe mode.

    I have Cisco modem.

I also test all the bridge configuration in diagnostic mode.

I am not knowing how you can access my modem online?

Please note that I have registered my Router Mac address with you broadband. So there is not need to spoofing there.

    essbebe,

I don't know VPI/VCI for YOU broad band. I asked to custemer care but they did not provide me that.

I have already tried all combinations of VPI = 0,1 and VCI = 32, 35 but diagnostic is showing same result.

You should answer all previous queries. properly.
    2607
In Next session with Team viewer connect "You" Broadband.
Presume you have a RJ11 ( single pair telephone cable ) connected to an ADSL splitter .then to Beetel 450BXI with "MER" selected.
    2608
Single laptop working in WIFI mode without any cable connection
in above set up. confirm here.

    feedback item wise.
