Thread: is youbroadband good?

hi. i am currently having bsnl dataone internet connection now. But i want to migrate to youbroadband because i am attracted to their unlimited plans i saw in their website, youbroadband.in.it is day 192 kbps and night 1 mbps. and cost is around 700 rs. so is youboadband good? are there anyhidden costs and other things??

one more question, can i use my bsnl data one modem instead of renting modem from them? By this i will save 500 rs. my modem model no is WA3002G4. here is a pic.

itS quite good in surat gujrat cant say for rest of inida. i using for lat 3 yrs and had no great issue. minor problem r there with all the companys. NO TRUE SAINT THESE DAYS U SEE. OTERWISE QUITE SATISFIED.

youbroadband provides their service in selected areas so please check before you switch.
yup they have nice unlimited plan, one of my friend is using youbroadband and he is happy with the service.

They have a horrible service. The customer service is horrible and you will not find anyone to resolve your queries. I had subscribed to their services in Mumbai three months back, and a hell lot of a time in getting the modem installed. They took around 15-20 days to install the modem after n number of follow-ups. They had promised to give credit for the days lost, but now have disconnected the line. Further, they also have downtime every now and then for a few hours of the day. My sincere advice would be to stick with BSNL or to take some other service provider other than YOU.

I think it is the best option for broadband internet connection.I am using it for two years with satisfactory results.

Go for it it is far better than other private providers ..i had 3 year experience with you broadband in newmumbai(Vashi) their service is best

its best for gaming best pings among most of isp's.no lag at all but depends on area to area check at your area for availability. im using 12MB plan works flawlessly...
