Since 6th Jul 2011, I have complained to helpdesk about speed.. it was giving 10KBPS instead of promised 512 KBPS. After three days, a guy showed up and told me that I should go for dedicated modem, shared modem is the culprit. I paid Rs 500. On 11th new modem was installed. It didn't work and the guy told me that once he informs office, it will start working and I will have good time.. I think, he meant BAD time!!
Since then, I have been calling helpdesk everyday, registering complaints.
15 days on and no resolution.. Best part was, I escalated to Ujwala More, the nodal officer, and still no resolution.. isn't it GREAT!!
Let's see when they wake up and fix my problem.. 15 days on and I will keep on calling them and wait for resolution...
