Thread: You broadband is the worst

3rd Class Company. . . . 3rd Class Service . . 3rd Class Management . .

if you want just to browse emails, or then YOU Broad Band is recommended.
Beyond that, if you are a trader (shares), Web developer, any online communicator, etc, and
who need an internet connection for more than 3 hours a day (that too YOU Broad Band declares time) Then YOU Broad Band is not at all recommended.

My Personal Experience:
I used Reliance Broadband (Netconnect) for 2.5 years. Due to a very small problem (comparatively to YOU) i put
their services in hold. The problem is for every N minutes the connection automatically disconnects and connects immediately again.
This happens 6-7 times a day. And the speed they promised is upto 3.1 MBPS. Randomly when i check online thru speed test.net, average
speed i found is 300-500 KBPS. the monthly rent is amount 1050 after 200 rupees discount. YOU Broad Band offered 1 MBPS dedicated speed
for the same amount i pay to reliance.


Although the reliance people said, these problem will be rectified before october, i made a foolish decision and For the above reasons
i switched from reliance to YOU. But these people Literally killed my time. the modem (CISCO-DPQ2160 modem) stops responding for many hours.
even on restart modem or my system. There wont be any use. when you call Cust Sup they will give 24 hours to resolve the problem. after some while
the customer support calls and says please connect now. when i try to connect .. ... every thing goes fine. the same will be told to CUst Sup.
They will close the ticket. After 1 or 2 hours the problem repeats and again i need to call them. they will give 24 hours time .. . .. all the above repeats.

I heard of Vikram Bhetal stories in childhood. but these people made me vikram and the YOU is Bhetal. The users never meets their time bound works
through YOU Broad Band.

one more example:
My client sat beside me and i am showing my projects (3D Rendered Images & websites). All of sudden the Bhetal (YOU) disappears. The above problem repeats.
Think what would be your situation if you are a share trader, web developer, are transferring Bulk files through FTP, Imagine and go for it.
My first day first hour with YOU Broadband Started with complaint.


I SUGGEST PEOPLE, GO TO ANY NETWORK, INDIA HAS MANY NETWORKS, BUT NOT "YOU BROADBAND". PLEASE . . . PLEASE . . . PLEASE.

In my monthly mobile phone bill 30% of my calls are towards YOU. this is not Exclamatory. But a fact.

Today, I faced an issue and because of the idiots, I lost one opportunity.

My daughter is having Igenius exam today between 11:20 to 11:40 am. We are ready at the system by 11:10. System was damn slow and disconnected at 11:30. when I try yo reconnect, it is throwing an error (691 : User Name and/or password is wrong).
I call the call center. They aksed aboout the account number. I gave and along with it I explained the problem. Instead of resolving the issue, the stupid caller asking for My name and phone number, which already they are having. I got the connection. But we missed an important examination.

I have some direct question to the YOUdiots.

1. Why the stupids are asking for all silly details when we raise an issue. Is A/C no not sufficient. It is ok to ask in case of plan change, or termination etc.
2. When there was an error with thier server, why the stupid message 'User name and/or password is wrong', is displaying. Is this to cover up your mistake.
3. Will you accept if I delay the payment.
4. Youdiots are calling and saying that they will take all the responsibility. Will they arrange exam again? or will they give free connection lifetime. what the hell those youdiots will do.

One request to every one. Please do not refer YOU to any one and don't make them fools.

we cannot do nothing, if we dont stand up against these looters..
they have no right to play with us like that....

I took you broad band connection in Sep 2010. as per sales executive thee months subscription will get one months free. This connection is disconnected for 75 days. their idiot reason is the connection count starts the date of cheque issued, but not the date of connection given generally after one week the collecting the payment. company is not responsible for the sales person commitments.

this connection disconnect automatically number of times displayed 691 error. your complaints never attended, resolves the complaint with out solving problems and posts some MBs in to your usage data. you will be surprised to see the usage data even though you are out of station with lock your house,

the call center idiot questions like phone banking does not help you.
your telephone bill rises equal to the Internet bill.
The quarry is neither resolved nor informed to you. and recorded as solved the problem within no time

this company executives are worst people I ever seen.
this connection is only recommended to enemies to take revenge.

I do not think it is for worst people, I think tikona is for worst people.
