They may flaunt with speed, they may give you offers, they may provide some months free...
...in the end you are in loss.
The problems i am facing since last six months
>Regular Disconnections
> no reliable speed
>They disconnected and gives wrong user name and passwrd.
>Every alternate sunday you wont get connection
>They don't even compensate if you ask for compensation
>super bad customer and technical support.
>everytime outage excuse given
Shall terminate the connection and move on towards a more reliable ISP.
My advice :: You broadband sucks, never go for you broadband instead buy other reliable ISP...even if you have to pay a bit more.
