Thread: Too Worest Service of YOU Broad band in Hyderabad

Originally we have taken YOU Broad Band Connection one year Back.While Providing service they have Promised to Provide an uninterrupted service with a Promised Speed in Writing.But never Provided the Speed as promised.After completion of One year, we have not renewed


The Officers of You broad band at Hyderabad have misleaded me that their Services have been Upgraded and will provide Provide an Un-Interrupted
GOOD Service with a Promised Speed and advised me Upgrade our
service.Accordingly we have renewed further duly upgrading our Account to 381 KBPS from 256 KBPS.After making payment for renewal I never get a speed more than 200 KBPS.Though we made several Complaints no action has been initiated.We have requested for Cancellation of our Account. Every time when I am making a Complaint/Request they are sending a Sterio Type SMS stating that "Your Service Request has been Resolved"without doing any thing.We have Put a service Record of the Speed Periodically.They are neither Cancelling my Account nor improving the Speed.They are troubling us a Lot because we have made Advance Payment for ONE Year in Advance.

We are requesting our HONORABLE FORUM Members to Kindly advise me to whom we have to make a Complaint for Getting back my amount because the YOU BROAD BAND Service Providers have failed in Rendering satisfactory Service as per their Promise.

i hate youbroadband...because on Nov 29th 2011 i got (modem)error message 651..they respond after 12 days in phone contact only.and again they take 2days after solve my problem...not only this..every time they respond like this.so I never reffer to my friends and my indians...really i hate this..

Mention the modem details Make/model/number.
can you access the menu settings ?

worst they promised 512kbs and all that i get is 256 and whn ever i call them they give the same response - problem will be solved in 24hrs & i get an sms says plz check ur connection problem has been resolved, worst ever broadband service.

You should luanch a complaint in the consumer court. Search the internet on how this is done. You will get detailed procedure.
