    Angry Frquent diconnection

    Net connection of you telecom in my area nerul, navi mumbai is very very poor, bad, worst, it is always down either days. In last week time i made approx. 20+ calls to resolve it. They just promises me that my problem will be solved on priority basis within 24 working hours and you will get call back from them. But they never call back or try to solve it on priority basis.

    It is requested to all of friends pl think twice (or more) before taking net connection from you telecom (the poor net service provider for me) as i suffered badly. A/c 294085 you tele

    this is written after informing about the same by mails and cust care many time. But no call back or replay from you tele.::
