    Angry Everyday Outage, Beware !

    Its been two weeks on You, and there is almost daily outage. someone cuts the cable, or their server is down. plus, speeds fluctuate all throughout.

    I have made almost a dozen complaints in the first two weeks. I have their management up on their feet, and plan on brow beating them a bit more.
    All in all, I will not recommend YOU at all to anyone, for unreliability of service. There is daily outage and you need to call & complaint daily !

    Horror story. I have BSNL as a back up , so ...I'm writing this thru their connection ...

    Oh, and BTW this is central bangalore ( cambridge layout, indiranagar area). just so that you know...
    don't touch YOU with a barge pole ...

    well, bsnl is just dripping in at 256, so nothing to brag about there either ... but in the face of YOU problems, even 256 seems like nectar

    i like one thing about bsnl you believe it or not.. bsnl is very consistent..
    their services lag because of poor planning. otherwise they are the best isp in India..
    seriously, i see almost capped speed on bsnl.. there are no ups and no downs.. consistent..

    Its such a shame that we in India still don't have reliable internet service providers. I dont have any wired connection any more I use a 3g connection now and a cdma one for backup and I live at NewDelhi

    i have used MTS 3g and that was horrible too. I fought and got my money back. they said upto 7mpbs, and i wasn't even getting 128kbps ! So i ditched them. Today I made another call to YOU. their gateway is down since yesterday, and they are sitting on it. i have sent out notices to their appellate officer and i'll be talking to their senior management if i get a chance. they need to get rid of their lousy teams first, because they don't understand customer service basics and about reliability. horror story. i have a bsnl backup which appears to be reliable sofar. ofcourse, i had to really push things initially to get a bsnl connection. it took me 3 weeks as they were sitting on it. but after that it has been kind of smooth. airtel was very reliable and responsive too, until they turned crooks ...

    bsnl is an ice age mammoth ! since they don't budge at all, their networks are never down as they don't do anything to them, unlike other providers who try to expand and move at a rapid and fast pace.tinkering with them all the while. its just their lethargy that gives them this side-effect of reliability..., i guess ...
    i am amazed at how bad a private service is. they probably don't have the right team, otherwise this level of service is unimaginable. they will be crushed soon.... if they don't get their act together. i have asked for a refund from YOU, and they were pleading for some more time to get their act together ....

    They should change their name to "F***-YOU" telecom
