    Default very wierd problem

i just got a connection of YOU today and i started with ares , i was downloading a song frm ares and it gave me a speed of only 3 kb not going further, so i decided to plug in my old local cablewala and wil u believe that same song took a lead of 9kb instantly, so i again connected YOU and took a speed test frm a 3rd party site and got 85kbps as my plan is 92kbps thats good. then i tried few more songs in ares but none of them going more then 3, i tried downloading a software frm the net directly and got 10kb constant wat is this are they blocking p2p clients

Ares is not a good thing to look at when you are trying to find out the speed of your connection, try some speed tests.
If p2p was blocked you wont get that 3kbps download speed either.. it just wont start atall.

if you really are that keen on downloading warez.. just rent a shared hosting plan for $2-3 a month and install torrent flux and download torrents using your hosting and then download the files from your server
