Hi,
I don't receive monthly bills (hard copy or say, paper copy) for last couple of months. I am tired of registering complaints at YOU telecom phone support and writing mails to the customer support
I used to receive bills earlier but I don't know, what's wrong now. There is no change of address. May be, change of plan triggered the issue. Does anybody have idea, how to follow up this issue ? I receive online copy and I pay mostly through net banking but I need the hard copy for my records.
Btw, there are many issues with YOU (Just like other ISPs) Does anybody have any idea, how to file complaints at customer court for these issues ?
