Hi,

I don't receive monthly bills (hard copy or say, paper copy) for last couple of months. I am tired of registering complaints at YOU telecom phone support and writing mails to the customer support

I used to receive bills earlier but I don't know, what's wrong now. There is no change of address. May be, change of plan triggered the issue. Does anybody have idea, how to follow up this issue ? I receive online copy and I pay mostly through net banking but I need the hard copy for my records.

Btw, there are many issues with YOU (Just like other ISPs ) Does anybody have any idea, how to file complaints at customer court for these issues ?
