| i am YOUtelecom internet USER. YOUTELE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! my plan is 96kbps unlimited plan for 450+ modem charges . i have shared modem so tot goes to rs 568/- here is my story: from past 2 months i m getting such speed browsing speed 20kbps. download speed 2-4 kbps. I am tired calling customer care ,have spended twice the package amount in calling those jerks. those ass tell me that soon engineers will come and will solve the prob no one arrives,ultimately i had to call once again call center and asked to transfer the line to manager. gave him all the badwords and also threten him that i will call media and get political backup. so fianally on sunday one engineer arrived and told that there is problem in my PC. I mean they were not accepting there faults so when i went really bad and showed them that my PC is too good and showed them that its prob from there side .then they started saying modem is not getting required power. might be as my net goes completely down some times that time i had no words . I have made my plan to use this bullshit till this month next time i will be back to sify or will go for MTNL tri band. |

| Please dont go for YOU Telecom. Their service is very worst. If u book any complaint, they wont consider it. If u call again, nobody will even tell u the responsible answer. Their default Answer: " Our Executive will call u tomorrow regarding this". But nobody will call u, if u call again, they will tell u the same answer. Why i am telling is..... When i was using this service, i got improper bill for consecutive 3 months. I checked with my MB usage, Actually they have charged me double the amount of real bill. Each month i have argued with them about the improper bill. And i went the Chennai You telecom office which is located in "Haddows road". They are fraud guys. They told, it will be cleared with in 24 hours. They did not do anything regarding this. I paid double the amount for three months. I decided to close my account, i handovered every thing.(modem, power adaptor). i closed my account before 7 months. Now i am arguing with them(Chennai office guys, and customer care) to get my caution deposit amount. I went chennai office chennai office many times. Their default answer, "You will get it with in 15 days." Fraud Guys." But still i did not get my caution deposit... decide yourself after reading this document whether u want to go for YOU Telecom |
