Question Suggestion required for best ISP provider in Allahapur, Allahabad

    Greeting Folks,

I am actively looking for good ISP in Allahapur area of Allahabad.
I have got an opportunity to work from home, so data usage would be around 10GB and speed I would need at 3-4 Mbps (Night Shift).
Initially I was thinking about Tikona, but I have seen lots of negative reviews regarding it.
Airtel and Reliance doesn't provide 3G service in Allahabad, so I am left with options of Idea, Vodafone, BSNL or Aircel.
So please suggest me with best options among this, I am open for any local ISP provider as well, who provides good service.
I am not at all familiar with Allahabad, very rare I have been there, but due to current scenario, I have to work from that place.
Moreover my working time would be 06:30 PM (Evening) to 04:30 AM (Early Morning).
My budget is good, I don't have budget constraint.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards
    Sheetala

Nice to know that you refrained from Tikona!
Are you looking for 3G service providers, or any kind of ISPs?

If in case of 3G, you might need to check with the operator for their coverage, else I would suggest BSNL. They are not bad afterall!

I think BSNL EVDO would be good, as they are one service provider who have some good tariff plans and also have some speeds. So that is a good option is available in your area. I would also suggest Reliance, Airtel and MTS. Your working hours would give you some good speeds with an MTS or Reliance connection as they also have some good night time plans.

Although you said your data usage would be around 10GB, if you think that you may need more data then Reliance has some unlimited data plans for their NetConnect connection, even BSNL is not bad.
I would not suggest Airtel due to the high costs.
