Which brooadband to take in kottivakkam chennai?

I am staying in 4/8,9th main road, kottivakkam, swaminathan nagar,chennai.

There are lot of options for broadband here:

Netexpress : frequent disconnection and speed is not good during daytime.

i am currenlty using wireless data card form MTS ultra(12 GB FUP), but i need more data so want to switch to broadband and not sure
whether i should go for tikona or wait for ACT.ACT broad band lines have come upto thiruvanmayur RTO.

Any body has experiences with tikona in this area or any info about ACT.There are lot of good reviews about ACT but not sure when it will be in kottivakkam area.

Reliance netconnect broadband plus has 40GB data for Rs999. MTS post paid also has a 40GB plan. If you are happy with the performance of MTS then why not just change the plan to 40GB?

If you want wired then go for BSNL broadband.

I don't know of MTS postpaid with a 40 GB plan

i am currently paying [ 799 + tax ] 12 gb fub

I just changed it to [ 999 + tax ] for 12 gb day and 12 gb night.

Alsthogh it says 9.8 mbps speed it never gives that, which is dependent on network availability, busy network etc.
I just did a speed test from [URL="http://www.speedtest.net/[/URL] and i got download speed of 1.01mbps and upload of 1.32 MBps it is always in this range approx.
