    Default unable to connect to wireless network in DELL laptop using BSNL WA3002G4 modem

    hii ............
    iam using a dell laptop and iam unable to connect to the wireless but iam getting a wireless signal(Excellent) showing a low connectivity.....iam also unable to open th site 192.168.1.1

    Reset the modem with power on for 20 to 30 seconds. ( switch in back or bottom small round hole ( right side ).
    use ballpen refill to press the micro switch)
    try a Dialer mode connection with lan card to
    ethernet port of laptop ( if available )

    1.Disable IPV6.
    2.Try in "Always On" PPPoE mode
    3.Enable DHCP in router.
    4. In TCP/IP properties
    select obtain IP address automatically.
    5. COPY/PASTE only WLAN ipconfig /all

    reset your modem and uninstall ipv6 if installed.

    Select PPPoE
    Next
    enter UserId PW
    Next next
    Save reboot
    Wait for two minutes.

    Better to suggest all new members to enable
    email notification in USERCP. or to be set as default setting
    @admin
    Even then if no response, from thread starter thread should be locked.
