Last month, my BSNL went dead for like 2 weeks. I complained just a week before the end of the month. So, i have proof for complaint and the line was dead since then for 8 days.
So, sick of just paying for no service, i went to BSNL office and gave an application for rental rebate. I asked for an acknowledgement, and was asked to bring a photocopy so that they'll attest and give one back. And i got one copy back as acknowledgement.
Now, the problem is, i have not been given rental rebate this month, and am charged extra as late fee, which i paid last day of due date because of 3 day strike they were on.
What should i do now? Pay for no service or go again to the office and show them the acknowledgement copy and ask for it to be accounted. I was a happy BSNL customer before but my patience with them has waned. I'm no longer surprised as to why they are in loss. And this for a public sector company which has all the opportunities and support from govt to become one of the biggest public earners! As with many things in india, its disappointing. Hell, i should get an MBA and join BSNL to straighten things out? I guess even an MBA is not needed![]()
