Hi ,
I am BSNL broadband user in kolkata , and i am facing packet drop ..at a certain interval of time (every 5-10 minuts) ..
and it continues for a 1-2 mnts..i am using TERACOM type 2 modem ..though i checked it with siemens type modem result was same , and i complained BSNL customer care 1000+ times i have all my mobile bill detail for last 2 year . I have no other option other than using BSNL internet connection at home presently , can any one help please
