    Default BSNL Broadband Bill clarification.

I'm in a Home ULD900 plan from the past 2 years. I prefer paying it annually, because I get discount of two months when I pay annually. So, I paid my last payment for the year 2012 in Jan 2012, this payment is for the whole year of 2012. The next payment I should be doing is in the month of Jan 2013, but because of some technical issues at the BSNL, the plan got converted to monthly and then they adjusted in some manner and now they are asking me to pay from Oct 2012 to Nov 2012.

I've no problems in paying now though it was a mistake from the provider side. But, the bill amount I'm supposed to pay doesn't seems to be proper as per my calculations and it was quoted Rs 500 more. So, when I asked for clarification, I'm being said that it is correct and you have to pay and there is no other go. I told them I've no problem paying but tell me how did you bill it. But I don't get any proper response and in the end everyone says you contact some other person regarding this and when contacted that person, he/she says its not our area of concern. With great difficulty when I caught hold of someone who is person from area of concern, he asks me to call after 15 mins as he's busy. So, I called up as per his request, but still I get the same response for few more times, then he says what's your problem after many a calls and says you have to pay what ever we have billed.

I just asked for a clarification of the bill, and they are not willing or ready to provide me with that.

Presuming that you didn't initiate plan change to monthly, talk to the accounts officer. Normally they are just.

I Did talk to the accounts officer, but, even they aren't clear on how it was billed. I was even suggested that its no use in all these, its better to go ahead and pay the bill without prolonging the issue furthermore.

If you changed to monthly plan, they will take 1 or 2 month's rent from the whole amount. That is why I said presuming you didn't change to it.
