reliance broadband with bsnl wifi modem ZTE ZXDSL 531B

Hello All,
Please help me .
I was using bsnl broadband till now and having wifi modem ZTE ZXDSL 531B.
i have taken reliance broadband and they have given me a normal modem ZTE ZXDSL 831 series which is haing only 1 lan port.
Can anyone help me to configure wifi modem with reliance internet connection ?

1..Access ZTE 831 modem menu pages,
(type 192.168.1.1 in browser address bar admin admin ).

and try to duplicate same entries
in 531B for a lan connection in "Bridged" Dialer Mode.
If successful try for wireless setup.

. When connected to Relaince Internet with 831B
in computer
Start RUn type cmd OK
new window
type ipconfig /all
Ip address /dns entries should be same in 531B.

You can also try procedure given by @rcom.
Keep 831B connected. remove Rj45 from computer end and connect to LAN1 of 531B. again another rj45 lan2 to computer.

as 531B is 3-in1 adsl router/4lANPORT/wifi router ( same as wa 3002-G4), there is no
WAN or Internet port available in this unit.
Your post is for WIMAX of Reliance.

Thanks a lot for helping me here with this reliance connection.
@essbebe : I checked 831 and configured the same in 531B(BSNL modem) and now my desktop is connected using 531B-BSNL Modem. now when i am connecting my laptop in lan with 531B as 531 having 4 LAN ports, it is not connecting. i tried same ipconfigs to my lappy kust added 1 number to ipaddress () but dint work.
how can i connect another desktops via 531B ?

Problem is solved. It is required to give ip addresses and DNS server settings. and it works. just 1 problem as i am not able to configure PPPOE in modem, i have to login via any machine to access internet in all machines including mobile.

Hi,
I have a Reliance broadband with ZTE xdsl 831 modem. But i am not able to login into the modems menu pages. Typing 192.168.1.1 in the addressbar shows "page cannot be displayed." Any other means to access the same?

You can RESET the modem to factory settings.
Then you have to enter data for reliance BB connection.
VPI/VCI 0 35 etc.
If you are getting connected to Reliance BB and can/cannot surf now
copy/paste data here ipconfig /all
check my link wa 3002-g4 and from MP bsnl site select your modem for settings.
Also 192.168.1.1 link.

Confirm "MER" setting was selected in WAN page.

Can anybody help me in setting up UT-304R2 ADSL 2 + MODEM for BSNL broadband? The modem was used with MTNL and worked fine. But am not able to set it up for BSNL....
