    Default Is repairing worth it?

I dont know if I did the right decision, My Samsung Tablet got broken via Bloated battery. I almost considered buying a new one but repairing mine and having a new battery may save me 75 US dollars so I decided to got mine repaired instead. Most of my friends told me I should have purchased a new one but I dont want to start over again in a game I have. I know Facebook and Google Plus can save game progress but It doesn't work in one of my games so I decided to have my tablet repaired. I don't know how long this new battery will last but it is a brand new lithium battery. It looks thinner than my old battery though.

I think you have taken the right decision. If it is repairable and save you some money, then what is the harm in getting it repaired. At least you are not adding up to the e-waste, which is a major concern nowadays.

By the way, how did your old battery get bloated? Is it because of over charging or over usage something like that. Just curious to know. I thought modern batteries are designed to prevent bloating. But it is heard that if you use your device for power hungry activities like gaming while charging it may bloat your battery and even damage your device itself.

Let's say I am one of those people who uses the device while charging because I am too impatient to wait for it to complexly charge. I had this tablet since 2012 so it has been 3 years. The he charger is not compatible with my new battery so I purchased a new one that is compatible. I hope this battery will last for years. I wish tablets are like cellphones when it comes to batteries. You know cellphone batteries are easier to replace, no need for a repair man.

It is thinner because it is new, and it's the right option, my iPhone's battery became bloated and it was making my iPhone look deformed, so I changed it and it worked perfectly. So you don't need to get a new one because of your friends, only risk is sometimes when your phone starts having problems, it's time is near the end.

Now I am regretting it. It refuses to charge and I think it means I need to have it repaired again. I think when it comes to repairing we need to find repair men who were good at what they were doing.

Just get a new one, it's not worth it. It's time to say goodbye.
