Tikona services in chennai

Hi friends,

Planning to get a tikona connection 999 2 MBPS, i live in Vanagaram Near porur. How is the speed and service here. Is it worth taking their connection

Hi Ramesh. Beware of Tikona broadband. I had a very bad experience with Tikona in Chennai. Even though the plans and ads are very attractive, their network is pretty bad. There is frequent disconnectivity. My suggestion is go for wired broadband like Airtel or BSNL.

my experience till date is not good. They provide 200kbps on 2mbps plan. Customer services are just 24 hr delay and 24 hr keep adding circle is mylapore chennnai.
