Exclamation Sharing Reliance USB Modem Internet between Windows XP & Windows 7

I am having a Desktop PC running Windows XP & a Laptop running Windows 7 Home basic . I am using Reliance Netconnect + for internet connection in my PC . The Desktop PC is also Wifi enabled . I want to share the internet connection between my PC & Laptop with wifi . I have shared it once & it was working fine but I have made some changes in settings while trying to connect to another PC . Now I am unable to Share the internet between the two but I am able to ping between them.

Please help me to share the internet connecion.

    Thanks !

u can either use connectify or adhoc to share internet..go to the network and settings click on tata photon network when its tab-->advanced and enable sharing over wifi or lan...and it should work..set the ip on the other computer to automatic..
